We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern who enjoys working with people and is genuinely interested in helping creators grow. You’ll be responsible for onboarding creators, helping them get started on artha.link, answering their questions, and making sure they have a excellent experience on the platform. About artha.link artha.link is a creator-led hiring platform that helps creators discover relevant opportunities, share them with their audience, and earn through their content. We’re building a growing community of creators across India and international markets, and we’re looking for someone who can work closely with them and make sure they get the most out of the platform. What you’ll be doing Creator onboarding Help new creators set up their accounts, understand how artha.link works, answer their initial questions, and help them get started quickly.
Creator activation and retention Keep track of creator activity and identify creators who are not using the platform regularly. Reach out to them, understand what’s stopping them, and help them get back on track. Relationship management Build strong and genuine relationships with creators. Be someone they can reach out to when they need help and make them feel that artha.link is a partner in their growth. Day-to-day support Handle creator questions, issues, and requests through chat, email, and calls. Make sure their problems are properly followed up and resolved. Documentation and help content Create and update simple user guides, FAQs, and help documents whenever we launch new features or make changes to the platform. On-camera content Create short videos explaining features, onboarding steps, and other useful information for creators. You should be comfortable speaking on camera and explaining things clearly.
