We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
• We are looking for a highly experienced Spring Boot Developer with 3+ years of enterprise software engineering experience to lead a delivery POD responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable, secure, cloud-native applications.
• The candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in Java 17/21,
Spring Boot 3.0 and above, Spring Framework 6 and above, microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, distributed databases, cloud-native engineering, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and production-grade system design.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, AI-assisted software delivery, autonomous agents, LLM-based engineering workflows, or AI-driven automation will be considered an added advantage.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Lead the engineering POD from a technical delivery perspective and ensure predictable sprint delivery.
• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java 17/21, Spring Boot 3.x and above, and Spring Framework 6.x and above.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate with internal and external systems using well-governed API standards.Design and implement event-driven solutions using GCP Pub/Sub, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent mes
