WE’RE HIRING | PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE ? KIDBEA® is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can turn campaigns into measurable business growth. ? We’re looking for someone who understands performance marketing, knows how to optimize campaigns, and can drive sales, revenue and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Drive sales, revenue, conversions & customer acquisition.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM & CVR.
• Manage campaign budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Build retargeting, lookalike and audience strategies.
• Test creatives, copies, audiences and campaign structures.
• Work closely with Creative, Brand, Content & E-commerce teams.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.




• Identify opportunities to improve ROI and acquisition efficiency.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Candidates from Agency or Brand-side/In-house backgrounds are welcome.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM & CVR
• Proven experience in managing and scaling performance campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Valuable understanding of D2C / E-commerce / Consumer Brand marketing.
• Ability to take ownership of campaigns and deliver measurable results.
