Role Description The Senior / Lead Business Analyst – Remittance Solution Developer is a full time, on-site role based in PCS India Pvt Ltd, Infopark - Kochi, Kerala, India. We are looking for a candidate with deep expertise in domestic and cross-border remittance solutions, payment ecosystems, and partner integrations.



This position is responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements for remittance and payment solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand processes, and translating needs into functional specifications for development teams. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed business process reviews, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and ensuring that solution designs align with regulatory and compliance standards. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting testing and validation activities, preparing user documentation, and providing guidance on implementation and post-deployment enhancements. The individual will be expected to mentor junior analysts, contribute to best practices, and support strategic decision-making related to remittance products and services.
