Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled FinTech Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Digital Payments and FinTech domain testing. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Manual Testing, API Testing, Mobile & Web Application Testing, and Payment Systems validation. The role involves ensuring the quality, security, and reliability of digital wallet platforms, payment gateways, and integrated financial services applications.
Mandatory Skills
• 3-5 years of QA/Testing experience
• Mandatory experience in FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking, Wallets, UPI, Payment Gateway, or Financial Services domain
• Manual Testing
• API Testing (Postman, Swagger, Rest Assured exposure preferred)
• Mobile Application Testing (Android/iOS)
• Web Application Testing
• Regression Testing
• Defect Management (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bug Tracking Tools)
• Testing of Payment Flows and Financial Transactions
• Experience with OSS/BSS applications is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
• Execute end-to-end testing activities across FinTech applications, mobile wallets, and payment platforms.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and API Testing.
• Validate digital payment workflows, wallet transactions, UPI journeys, payment gateway integrations, refunds, settlements, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test data, and execution reports.
• Identify, log, track, validate, and retest defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Verify customer journeys, transaction processing, and third-party system integrations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Support release validation, production readiness testing, and post-deployment verification.
