The opportunity

We are looking for experienced professionals with 8–12 years of consulting and/or industry experience supporting M&A; transactions, integrations, separations, carve-outs, and transformation programs across the deal lifecycle. Candidates should possess strong experience leading transaction workstreams and delivering work products such as operational due diligence, standalone costing, operating model design, TSA development and management, synergy assessment and realization, Day 1 readiness, 100-day planning, transaction PMO, separation planning, and transaction execution.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of transaction-related engagements across integrations, separations, carve-outs, and large-scale transformation programs.

• Manage multiple client workstreams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, effective risk management, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

• Lead the development and review of transaction work products, including operational due diligence, standalone cost analysis, operating model assessments, TSA planning, synergy identification and tracking, Day 1 readiness, and 100-day planning.
