and investor engagement - ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-accountability environments. What You Will Own 1. Investor & Board Relations Manage end-to-end investor communications. Prepare and deliver monthly MIS reports and business performance updates to Board and investors Develop and maintain detailed runway calculations, cashflow forecasts, and burn-rate analyses Track and report Business Performance vs. Business Plan with variance commentary Establish and own the company-wide performance metrics (KPIs, OKRs) in alignment with Board expectations 2.
