Key Responsibilities

• Lead microbiological testing activities including bioburden, sterility, endotoxin, environmental monitoring, and cleanroom validation to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor cleanroom hygiene programs, conduct training, and ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, CE, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Analyze microbiological data and investigate deviations/OOS results, driving corrective and preventive actions to maintain quality standards.
• Verify, validate, and continuously improve microbiological methods and processes, supporting operational excellence and regulatory compliance.




• Provide technical leadership and team supervision, maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to risk assessments, and mentoring microbiology personnel.

What You'll Bring To The Team

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology with 4-6 years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing industry.
• Solid expertise in cleanroom monitoring, environmental control, bioburden, sterility, and endotoxin testing, with knowledge of GMP, ISO, CE, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience investigating OOS results, data interpretation, method validation, and risk management.
• Effective leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities, with experience mentoring teams, maintaining quality documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
