• CA qualification with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance/Controllership
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Handle General Ledger, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
• Prepare MIS, financial dashboards, KPI reports, and management reports
• Analyze financial performance, variances, profitability, and key business drivers
• Lead statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act,



and other regulations
• Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies
• Prepare cash flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reports
• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making
• Drive finance process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements
• Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and finance system automation
• Leverage ERP and data analytics tools to improve reporting and financial decision-making
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics
