Role Overview

The Sales Executive role at Noon Estates is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective buyers and investors, conduct site visits, present project features, and explain HMDA approvals and documentation clearly, delivering a transparent, trust-focused buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers and investors, understand their land investment goals, and conduct guided site visits.
• Present project features, layout plans, and explain HMDA approvals and documentation clearly.
• Manage leads, follow up proactively with inquiries, give property tours, negotiate terms, and guide customers through the booking and sale process.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
• Meet sales targets while delivering a transparent, trust-focused buying experience.

What We Look For

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in real estate or related sectors preferred.




• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including transparent presentation and client relationship management.
• Ability to understand and explain property approvals, documentation, and basic legal and regulatory concepts.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms to manage leads and reports.
• Proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently on-site and collaborate within a team.
• Fluency in English and local languages (such as Telugu and/or Hindi) is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in Hyderabad's real estate market and working with NRI clients is an advantage.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
