We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with company goals and campaigns.
• Create engaging content including social media posts, captions, carousels, blogs, reels, and short-form content.
• Write clear, creative, and SEO-friendly content for social media, website, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers and other teams to develop high-quality marketing creatives.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to identify recent content opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day social media posting, engagement, comments, and audience interactions.




• Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
• Support marketing campaigns, product/service promotions, events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Optimize content based on performance insights and audience behavior.
• Ensure consistency in the company’s brand voice, messaging, and visual communication.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Ability to create engaging and platform-specific content.
• Good communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools will be an advantage.
