Position Summary
The International Senior Accountant will be responsible for accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting,



and governance activities for Tekion's international subsidiaries including Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and future international entities. This individual will partner closely with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Legal, FP&A;, external auditors, and local accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with local statutory requirements. This role requires robust knowledge of multinational accounting operations, intercompany accounting, statutory compliance, and cross-border finance processes.

Primary Responsibilities
1. International Accounting & Month-End Close
• Own monthly close activities for assigned international entities.

• Prepare journal entries.

• Review trial balances and ensure completeness and accuracy and perform analytical reviews of monthly financial results.

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.

• Review P&L; fluctuations and investigate unusual variances.
