What we're looking for
• 01 Production experience serving or fine-tuning large models (vLLM, Ray, Triton, or equivalents)
• 02 Strong Python plus one systems language; you profile before you optimize
• 03 Interest in evaluation and guardrails as engineering problems, not paperwork
