Job Description: Semiconductor Transformation & Advisory Consultant - Principal

Position Overview:

An experienced Semiconductor Transformation & Advisory Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to leading semiconductor clients, helping them navigate strategic, operational, and technology-led transformation initiatives. The role requires a combination of deep semiconductor industry expertise and consulting experience, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders on emerging industry trends, business challenges, operating model evolution, digital transformation, and growth opportunities across the semiconductor value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Possess deep understanding of the semiconductor industry,



including semiconductor design, manufacturing, foundry, OSAT, equipment, and supply chain ecosystems. Ability to advise clients on key industry trends such as AI-driven chip demand, advanced packaging, chiplets, semiconductor supply chain resilience, and manufacturing modernization

.

• Strategic Roadmapping and Operating Model Design: Develop transformation roadmaps and target operating models aligned to business strategy, with a solid understanding of semiconductor product lifecycles, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and go-to-market functions.

• Stakeholder and Governance Orchestration: Align executive sponsors, functional leaders, and ecosystem partners across semiconductor organizations, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management stakeholders.

• Capability and Maturity Assessment: Assess process, technology, data, organization, and operational maturity
