Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

• Ability to technically lead the Safety Library and DriveCore product lines.
• End-to-end ownership and execution of Safety Lib current features or software bundles.
• Drive fast execution with lean teams, leveraging GenAI where applicable.
• Quickly learn new third-party components, perform PoCs for bundling with MCAL, and develop overarching safety and security concepts.
• Support the business team with rapid impact analysis and offer estimates for new software bundles or customization requests.

• B.Tech/ BE/ M.Tech/ MS in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Telecommunication/ Instrumentation




• 10+ years of experience in MCAL/device driver development
• strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++, including hands-on experience with linker scripts, memory mapping, interrupts, startup code, DMA, and low-level driver development.
• Proven experience in using GenAI and human in the loop for driver development and generating Safety evidences & traceability.
• Strong expertise in integrating multiple SW stacks developed by different vendors by understanding the other components and coming up with the technical integration strategy/safety strategy.

Safety, Security & Process
• Experience with Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Automotive Cybersecurity (ISO 21434).
• Strong knowledge of ASPICE processes and software quality practices.

Tools & Toolchains
• Hands-on experience with EB Tresos Studio, Vector DaVinci Configurator, and ETAS tools.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python,
