Key Responsibilities
• Understand and analyze customer requirements.
• Develop customized TDL-based solutions for Tally.
• Customize and enhance Tally features based on business requirements.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time with proper testing and quality.
• Coordinate with customers and the internal team to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Provide technical support and make necessary modifications based on customer feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation of developed solutions.
