FP&A; Ops Manager
A Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Operations Manager will oversee organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions. This role ensures that financial strategies align with the company's objectives and operational needs.
Location: Pune and Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances,
and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Operational Oversight: Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information, understand operational needs, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Oversee processes such as month-end and quarter-end closings.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes, systems, and reporting tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering career development and ensuring high performance.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior executives to develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including evaluating potential investments and business opportunities.
