Join Amazon's Global Payroll Payments team as a Finance Manager II, where you will lead the critical payment layer that connects payroll operations, banking partners, technology teams, and financial controls across APAC and North America. You will own the end-to-end payroll payment lifecycle across multiple markets, lead a team responsible for critical payment controls and audits, manage strategic relationships with banking partners, and drive the modernization of payment infrastructure. You will also play a key role in enabling new country and entity launches, adopting modern payment standards such as ISO 20022 and API-based integrations, strengthening controls, and using automation and AI-enabled solutions to simplify and scale payment operations.
