Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ITSM modules, ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows and integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Work extensively on ServiceNow ITSM modules, including:

- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Service Catalog
- Knowledge Management

- Configure forms, fields, tables, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and UI actions.
- Develop and maintain Flow Designer / Workflows and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts and other server/client-side scripting components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and configurations.
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing and deployment activities.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain proper technical documentation.




- Collaborate with business users, functional teams and other technical teams to deliver ITSM solutions.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents/issues within defined SLAs.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
- Good knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Service Catalog modules.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- Script Includes
- ACLs
- Notifications
- Data Policies

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer / Workflows.
- Positive knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience in REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of ServiceNow tables, forms, fields, dictionary and reference fields.
- Good understanding of Update Sets and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

- ServiceNow CSA certification.
- Exposure to ITOM, CMDB or IntegrationHub.
- Experience working on ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and instance maintenance activities.
- Experience working in a client-facing environment.

- Willingness to work from Ahmedabad.
