Role & responsibilities

Omnissa Horizon / EUC Engineer Short JD

- 8+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with 4+ years in Omnissa/VMware Horizon & EUC.
- Strong hands-on experience in Horizon, Workspace ONE Access and DEM.
- Experience in enterprise VDI deployment, administration and troubleshooting.
- Positive knowledge of ESXi, vSphere, Windows Server and HCI.
- Experience with AWS, Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of 3rd-party IDM integration, DNS, TCP/IP, routing and switching.
- Experience in log analysis and basic scripting/automation.
- Ability to create HLD, LLD and solution documents.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer/stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Willing to work US/UK shifts and rotational on-call/night shifts.
- Omnissa/VMware or AWS/Azure certifications preferred.
