IT Recruiter Intern Job Description

Job Type: Internship (6 months) with Full-Time prospect based on performance

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team. You will learn the complete recruitment lifecycle in the IT industry, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, while working closely with experienced recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand IT job requirements (technologies, skills, experience) from hiring managers and clients
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Post job openings on job boards and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates matching the requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess skills, communication, and availability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate data and update trackers regularly




- Support onboarding and documentation of selected candidates

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Any graduate (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.Tech, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus (not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
