Position: Executive - Store Purchase

Location: Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 2-3 Years

Industry: Manufacturing / AAC Blocks

Roles Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Handle procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and other plant requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain GRNs, purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper material storage, identification, and documentation.
- Maintain MIS reports for inventory, procurement, and stock movement.
- Follow company policies and procedures for procurement and inventory management.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of store management and inventory control.
- Basic understanding of procurement and purchase processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software.
- Positive vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline. A degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or a related field will be preferred.
