Role Summary:
Responsible for performance testing and engineering of enterprise systems with a focus on integrating Generative AI technologies. Will design, develop, and evaluate performance testing frameworks using industry-standard tools.
What Youll Do:
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Performance Testing frameworks
- Execute performance testing and engineering activities
- Integrate and evaluate Generative AI technologies within testing processes
- Utilize tools such as JMeter, AppDynamics, and Splunk for performance analysis
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Solid experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering
- Expertise in JMeter, AppDynamics (AppD), and Splunk
- Hands-on experience designing and developing Performance Testing frameworks
- Strong programming/coding skills; Python is preferred
- Practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and concepts, including:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Agent development
- Vector Databases
- DeepEval or similar evaluation frameworks
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
