About the Role
We are looking for an HR Associate who will primarily drive recruitment while also supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, manpower management, and labour law compliance. The role will involve working closely with hiring managers, candidates, employees, contract workers, and manpower vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, HR records, and exits.
- Handle employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Coordinate with manpower vendors and manage contract/blue-collar workforce requirements.
- Understand manpower concerns and work closely with vendors and employees to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities, performance management, training, and HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR MIS and trackers related to hiring, headcount, attendance, attrition, and manpower.
- Work closely with employees, managers, and vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.
