Key Responsibilities

* Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate service.

* Generate and convert sales opportunities through calls and systematic follow-ups.

* Handle objections related to price, trust, competitors, timing and service requirements.

* Follow up with interested leads until conversion or closure.

* Convert enquiries into paid customers.

* Cross-sell and upsell additional tax, GST and business compliance services.

* Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up dates in CRM.

* Coordinate with the operations team after successful conversion.

* Follow daily call, follow-up, sales and collection targets.

* Participate in daily sales reviews and role-play/training sessions.

* Maintain professional communication and build long-term customer relationships.

Who We Are Looking For

We want candidates who:

* Have a strong sales mindset and are comfortable asking for the sale.

* Have experience in outbound telesales, inside sales or B2C sales.

* Can handle rejection and continue following up.

* Are comfortable working with monthly targets.

* Can confidently handle price objections.

* Can convert a conversation into a payment.

* Are disciplined with CRM updates and follow-ups.

* Have good communication skills in Kannada and English.

* Are comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.

This is a target-based revenue role. Candidates looking primarily for customer-support/inbound-call work should not apply.
