Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pulmonologist to join a reputed healthcare organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with respiratory and pulmonary disorders, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and manage patients with respiratory and pulmonary diseases, including asthma, COPD, pneumonia, tuberculosis, and interstitial lung diseases.
- Conduct and interpret pulmonary function tests, bronchoscopy, and other respiratory diagnostic procedures.
- Manage critical respiratory cases, including patients requiring ventilatory support and ICU care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Provide consultation for inpatient and outpatient respiratory cases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.




- Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and clinical guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- MD / DNB in Pulmonary Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid medical registration with the relevant medical council.
- 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Solid clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
