OVERVIEW & PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Decision Pinnacle is looking for a social media manager with 4-5 years of prior experience in the field of advertising and brand building for an immediate full time position. The role will entail understanding client/project requirements, converting the same to high quality deliverables in collaboration with the team and turning them around in time. We believe in total freedom in thinking and dont go by clients brief, instead the team chalks out what the brand truly deserves basis a larger marketing strategy that is placed to show and deliver better impact. For the same, we want individuals who are extremely passionate and highly motivated to deliver ideas and question the norms in every content or creative made.

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 45 years of experience in advertising, content, and brand building. The ideal candidate should have worked with D2C brands, scaled social media presence, and ideally built channels from 0 to 1.

This role requires someone who understands trends, thinks creatively, executes quick, and can independently create engaging social-first content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies focused on growth, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.




- Create content calendars and ensure regular posting across platforms.
- Conceptualize, shoot, and ideally edit reels and short-form content.
- Stay on top of trends and execute platform-native content quickly.
- Work closely with design and strategy teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
- Manage community engagement and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications

- 4-5 years of social media management experience, preferably with D2C brands.
- Proven track record of scaling followers and engagement organically.
- Experience building social media presence from 0 to 1 is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and storytelling.
- Ability to independently shoot content and ideally edit videos/reels.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and execution skills.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of digital fashion marketing.
- Collaborate with influencers and other partners to expand our reach and authenticity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and content creation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to see ideas through from conception to execution.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to measure and drive social media performance.
