Role & responsibilities

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience across data architecture, data engineering, semantic model design, analytics, and/or business intelligence roles.

• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions for biopharma/pharmaceutical clients.

• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to provide both strategic architectural direction and practical technical guidance to implementation teams.

• Hands-on experience with AWS data and analytics services, particularly Amazon S3, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, and related AWS services.

• Experience with AWS data platform migration or modernization initiatives.





• Experience designing and implementing enterprise semantic layers/models and reusable data products.

• Experience operationalizing data products across their lifecycle, from design and development through production deployment, governance, monitoring, and consumption.

• Experience designing and implementing data lakes, lakehouses, and/or data fabric architectures.

• Experience establishing enterprise data governance, data cataloguing, lineage, metadata, and data quality capabilities.

• Experience working with clinical, R&D;, laboratory, or regulatory data in Life Sciences environments.

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements such as FDA, EMA, and GxP.
