Role & responsibilities

Sales Management

- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Understand the client's business and industry, build long-term relationships, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Create accurate sales forecasts to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely delivery of the product to the client as per their production requirement in coordination with the production team.
- Define and develop the improvement areas within the current operations.
- Prepare and present sales reports to top management to keep them informed on sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Negotiate the terms, conditions, and price increases with the clients as per the business needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

Engineering

- Develop a project plan, determine resource requirements, execute the project plan, and monitor and control the project.




- Ensure that the project meets the objectives and is completed within the specified timeframe and budget.
- Identify the need for change, evaluate the impact of the change on the project or process, create a plan to implement the change, test and validate the change, and communicate the change to stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, evaluate the feasibility of cost-saving measures, implement cost-saving measures, and monitor the effectiveness of the cost-saving measures without compromising quality or performance.
