- Lead Mainframe application development, enhancement, maintenance, and support activities.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development team members.
- Perform technical analysis, solution design, development, code reviews, testing, and implementation.
- Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and support timely resolution.
- Coordinate with business, application, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, documentation standards, and delivery timelines.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide recommendations for effective Mainframe solutions.
- Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
