Role- Team Lead/ Sr. Specialist -Automation

Location- Navi Mumbai

TL - 6-8 years
Sr Specialist - 3 to 5 years exp.

Relevant experience in automation and workflow development

- Build automation workflows using approved RPA / automation platforms and tools.
- Support browser, desktop, Excel, file, and system-based automation use cases.
- Convert process requirements into automation logic.
- Use selectors such as XPath, CSS, and Windows UI Automation to build reliable automations.
- Implement basic exception handling, validation checks, retry logic, and logging.
- Support testing, debugging, UAT, and production stabilization.
- Maintain documentation, process notes, test evidence, and support runbooks.
- Use Git or the agreed version control process for automation assets.
- Collaborate with internal Senior Automation Specialists to understand business processes and exception scenarios.
- Learn approved RPA / automation platforms, orchestration concepts, and internal automation standards.
- Support the internal upskilling journey by working jointly with Senior Automation Specialists during development and testing.
