- Design and execute test plans, test scenarios and test cases for ETRM applications.
- Perform functional, system, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Validate ETRM workflows across the energy/commodity trading lifecycle.
- Perform manual test execution and automate suitable regression scenarios.
- Identify, analyze, document and track defects using Jira.
- Manage test cases and execution cycles using Zephyr Scale.
- Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Perform API and database validation using API testing tools and SQL.
- Participate in defect triage, release validation and Agile ceremonies.
- Analyze automation failures and improve test framework stability and coverage.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation.
- Mandatory experience in ETRM/CTRM or Energy/Commodity Trading domain.
- Hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in Playwright automation.
- Strong programming knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Good understanding of ETRM trade lifecycle, trading, risk, pricing and settlements.
- Strong experience in test planning, test case design and manual test execution.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Zephyr Scale.
- Good knowledge of API testing and SQL/database validation.
- Experience with regression, integration, system and end-to-end testing.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
- Candidates from Energy, Power, Oil & Gas, Commodity Trading or ETRM/CTRM projects are preferred
