Position: Executive Business Development

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Marketing preferred) Experience: Minimum year of experience (Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Healthcare domain)

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive identification and development of new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors.
- Own end-to-end lead generation, qualification, and conversion, including pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- Develop and deliver client proposals, pitch decks, capability presentations, and commercial discussions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct in-depth market, therapy area, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, client interactions, and deal status.
- Coordinate and lead client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and documentation through deal closure.
- Support preparation of business reports, dashboards,



and performance metrics for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics relevant to healthcare and life sciences.
- Mentor interns or junior team members and support capability building within the BD team. Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences ecosystem.
- Proven experience in business development, key account management, or strategic partnerships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.

- High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); exposure to CRM tools is preferred.

• Robust analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into business opportunities.

- Self-driven, result-oriented professional with strong ownership and execution focus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
