Roles Responsibilities1. Public Markets Investment Operations Analyst - Junior
Experience: Approximately 2-4 years
Role purpose
Execute time-critical public-markets processing and data-control activities accurately, following approved procedures and escalating exceptions promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain counterparties, SSIs, portfolios, accounts and approved static data.
- Capture, enrich, amend and cancel trades; support matching, confirmation, settlement and daily status monitoring.
- Process routine corporate actions, margin/collateral activities, pricing feeds, reconciliations and PL data.
- Maintain confirmations, settlement records, control checklists and audit evidence.
- Identify missing data, unmatched trades, settlement breaks, pricing exceptions or recurring processing errors and escalate within defined thresholds.
Domain knowledge and systems
- Familiarity with listed and OTC products such as equities, fixed income, FX, money-market instruments, derivatives and securities lending.
- Exposure to Murex, SCD/SimCorp, Bloomberg, Quantum/Cash Master, CTM/GTSS or comparable trade-processing and reconciliation platforms.
Skills
- Strong accuracy, deadline discipline, documentation and basic break investigation.
- Working Excel/data-analysis capability and clear written escalation.
4. Private Markets Investment Operations Analyst - Junior
Experience: Approximately 2-4 years
Role purpose
Perform document-led private-investment processing, data maintenance and accounting support under defined procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Set up approved entity, account, security and model-portfolio data.
- Receive, validate, index and store commitments, confirmations, assignment agreements, pricing letters and related documents.
- Record routine lifecycle events, capital calls,
distributions and approved disposition information.
- Maintain sub-ledger records, unfunded commitments, book cost, NAV-related inputs and portfolio-company attributes.
- Prepare reconciliations and identify incomplete approvals, documentation or inconsistent data for escalation.
Domain knowledge and systems
- Basic knowledge of private funds, co-investments, direct investments, external funds and real-estate structures.
- Exposure to SCD/SimCorp, Investran, Yardi, ticketing/JIRA and document repositories.
Skills
- High attention to document completeness, accounting data and funding deadlines.
- Ability to follow multi-step controls and maintain a explicit audit trail
Technical Requirement7. Credit Investment Operations Analyst - Junior
Experience: Approximately 2-4 years
Role purpose
Execute credit pipeline, onboarding, document and lifecycle processing while maintaining accurate books and records.
Key responsibilities
- Update approved capital-call and distribution pipeline information for cash-flow forecasting.
- Create entity, security, model-portfolio and referential data from approved documentation.
- Store and tag loan notices, trade confirmations, assignment agreements, pricing letters and capital-activity notices.
- Record rate resets, paydowns, margin changes, PIK events and other approved lifecycle transactions.
- Book routine fees, NAV and valuation inputs and prepare reconciliation outputs.
- Identify duplicates, missing documents, inconsistent attributes and high-impact exceptions.
Domain knowledge and systems
- Familiarity with loans, bonds, CLOs, structured credit and fund investments.
- Exposure to Sentry, SCD/SimCorp, ClearPar, DealCloud, TFM Capital Pipeline, ticketing and UDAs.
