Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; / Commercial Finance professional with robust expertise in financial planning, business performance management, forecasting, financial modelling and strategic decision support.

The role will partner with business and operational teams to connect financial performance, market movements and operational drivers, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Performance & Planning

- Lead financial planning, performance management and reporting frameworks.
- Align long-term and short-term financial plans with business objectives.
- Standardize planning, reporting and performance processes across business units.
- Translate market movements, cost volatility, FX impacts and supply-chain constraints into actionable insights.

Market & Margin Analytics





- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability and margin drivers.
- Perform product / unit-level margin analysis.
- Conduct Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis.
- Connect operational KPIs with financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for profitability and performance improvement.

Scenario Modelling & Decision Support

- Lead complex financial and scenario modelling.
- Perform sensitivity analysis for pricing, costs, demand and operational changes.
- Evaluate business cases, investment decisions and capital optimization opportunities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

FP&A; & Performance Management

- Support budgeting, forecasting and target setting.
- Monitor business KPIs and financial performance.
- Analyze revenue, cost, margin and working capital drivers.
- Prepare management reports and financial performance narratives.
- Support monthly / quarterly performance reviews.

Integrated Business Planning

- Integrate demand, supply, inventory, production and commercial plans.
- Evaluate assumptions using forecasts, market intelligence and cost trends.
- Ensure alignment between financial plans, S&OP; and operational plans.
