Preferred candidate profile

- Implement and manage LogicMonitor environments.
- Create and customize dashboards, reports and alerts to support IT and business teams.
- Set up and manage LogicMonitor DataSources, EventSources and PropertySources.
- Configure LogSource for parsing and analyzing structured and unstructured logs.
- Integrate LogicMonitor with the tools like ServiceNow and Splunk etc.
- Develop and maintain monitoring coverage across cloud, network, servers, applications and containers
- Perform performance tuning and threshold optimization to reduce alert fatigue.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure complete observability.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data collection, log parsing and visualization.




- Document processes configurations and best practices.

Required Skills:

- 6 years of hands-on experience in LogicMonitor.
- Robust understanding of LogicMonitor Architecture and Collectors.
- Expertise in custom DataSource creation using SNMP, WMI, groovy or PowerShell.
- Monitoring windows, Linux and Cloud environments like Azure and GCP.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python or bash for automation.
- Knowledge of ITSM integration (e.g., service now).
- Strong problem solving and communication skil
