Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, report specifications, and MIS reporting needs.
- Design and execute test cases for MIS reports, dashboards, and data workflows.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Perform ETL, database, report, and dashboard testing.
- Develop automation scripts for repetitive validation activities.
- Validate scheduled jobs, report generation processes, and data transformations.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Reconcile data between source and target systems.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects through closure.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Data Engineers, and Reporting Teams.
- Prepare testing reports, quality metrics, and test execution summaries.
