Role Summary

The Front Desk Sales Executive is the face of the club. You will welcome walk-ins and enquiries, give club tours, explain membership plans and convert leads into paying members, while delivering a warm, professional experience to existing members. This is a target-driven role that combines sales, customer service and club operations support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion

- Greet walk-in visitors, understand their fitness goals and give a complete club tour
- Explain membership plans, personal training packages, offers and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Convert walk-ins, phone enquiries, social media and digital leads into memberships
- Follow up on all leads through calls, WhatsApp and messages until closure
- Achieve monthly targets for new memberships, renewals, upgrades and PT/add-on sales
- Handle objections confidently and close sales with a consultative approach

Front Desk & Member Experience

- Welcome members, manage check-ins and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Answer calls, emails and walk-in queries promptly and professionally
- Handle member complaints and escalate issues to the Club Manager when needed
- Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping and the operations team for smooth daily functioning
- Promote club events, challenges, offers and referral programs to members

Operations & Reporting

- Process memberships, renewals, payments and invoices accurately in the CRM/billing system




- Maintain daily records of enquiries, tours, follow-ups, conversions and collections
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the management
- Ensure all member data is entered correctly and kept confidential
- Support renewal drives and member retention activities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly membership sales vs. target
- Lead-to-sale conversion ratio
- Number of follow-ups and tours completed
- Renewal and upgrade numbers
- PT and add-on package sales
- Member satisfaction and quality of service
- Accuracy of data entry and cash/payment reconciliation

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/BA/B.Com preferred); 12th pass with strong sales experience may be considered
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, front desk, customer service or hospitality; prior experience in fitness clubs, wellness, retail or service sectors is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset are encouraged to apply

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
- Pleasant, energetic and presentable personality
- Customer-first attitude with good problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business
- Target orientation, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is an added advantage

Working Conditions

- Six working days a week with rotational shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and peak hours
- Standing, walking and interacting with members for most of the shift
- Neat, professional grooming and adherence to the WTF Gyms uniform policy
