Candidate's requirements:

- Expected to deliver the necessary proof points for tests and validation, while also proactively suggesting efficient methodologies.
- Create frameworks to prove that the solution works and is convincing for us, also be able to create a framework for testing new LLMs and compare across, especially when we have a chance to use something newer, cheaper and better. Key deliverables should include:
- Preparation of datasets for classification model training, adhering to best practices.
- Leading data-centered optimization for AI-assisted conversations.
- Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience in evaluating translation quality.




- Robust foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and General AI (GenAI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset to approach complex challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a team-oriented environment and interfacing with stakeholders.
