1) Talent Acquisiton

• -Support recruiters in scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
• -Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information.
• -Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, feedback, and next steps.
• -Prepare and send offer letters and other employment-related documents.
• -Ensure compliance with US labor laws and internal hiring policies.
• -Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Understanding of recruitment processes and administrative best practices"

2) Employee Data Management

• Execute full range of the process accurately and timely as a hands on processor.
• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
• Follow Work Instructions while processing
• Highlight any anomalies in Work Instructions/process documentation to the SME/Leads.




• Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.
• Must have explicit understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.
• Update process metrics on daily basis and maintain MIS.

3) Case Management / Leave of Absence

1. Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
2. Process incoming service requests received through the Contact Center, Email or Web Portal.
3. Understanding the detailed functionality of all tools and applications
4. Uses and maintains process maps and all process documentation identifying inputs, outputs, roles & responsibilities of the process.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements from the State/Local governing body and special handling procedures.

6. Maintaining Time sheet management / Leave attendance management.
