Urgently require HVAC Site Engineer @ Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Execute HVAC installation activities including: o Ducting o Chilled water / refrigerant piping o AHUs, FCUs, VRF units, chillers

Coordinate daily work with supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors

Ensure work is carried out as per approved GFC drawings & method statements

Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower accordingly

Ensure HVAC installations meet project specifications and quality standards

Conduct joint inspections with QA/QC and client representatives Identify, report, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

Prevent rework by ensuring first-time-right execution

Enforce safety rules and procedures at site

Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings

Ensure use of PPE by all workmen

Report safety incidents and support corrective actions

Track daily manpower attendance and productivity

Monitor subcontractor performance and output

Optimize manpower utilization to meet schedules
