Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for cloud-based and modernized applications.
- Support application modernization initiatives across Azure, GCP, or AWS environments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform/IaC.
- Support and troubleshoot DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/AKS, and container environments.
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and automation tools.
- Monitor application and cloud environments and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and L3 teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Support adoption and implementation of AI/Azure AI/GenAI capabilities where applicable.

Requirements

- Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Strong understanding of Application Modernization concepts and cloud-native technologies.




- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Valuable knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes/AKS, Docker, and containerized applications.
- Strong automation and scripting skills.
- Basic understanding of AI, Azure AI, and Generative AI concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot application, cloud, and deployment-related issues in production environments.
