- Robust knowledge in Routing, switching, MPLS, firewall and load-balancing technology.
- Must be having work experinece in CISCO Network,cisco switches , load balancers
- Good analytic skill on Wireshark packet capture.
- Troubleshoot major incidents and manage all the change requests
- Ensure the documentation, Runbook, OPD, SOPs for all the Network related operations is in place
- Manage the Network inventory and performance
- Implementation of Network devices and firewall
- Provide the required metrics and reporting
- Capable to act as Shift lead and implement the scheduled activities in the shift
- Good Knowledge on Network Management & monitoring Tools ZOHO OpManager, Net-flow Analyzer, Event Log Analyzer, Network Configuration Manager and Firewall Analyzer.
- Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, OEMs and Product suppliers to resolve the complex issues
- Exposure in configuring and troubleshooting IPSEC VPN
- Extensive knowledge on handling Data center environment.
- Firewall rule compliance, configuration compliance, rule optimatization and recertification
