Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Visit active and under- construction project sites,



waterproofing applicators to find new sales opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build robust working relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants and applicators.
- Technical Support: Conduct site inspections, offer basic technical advice, and arrange product sampling or demonstrations.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals by converting leads and securing product listings (BOQ additions).
- Dealer & Channel Network: Manage local hardware or paint dealers and expand the distribution network.

Preferred candidate profile:

Min 3 to 4 years of fields sales or project sale experience, in construction chemicals, paints, or building materials.

Skills: Strong communication, local language fluency, basic negotiation skills and comfort with field travel.

Travel requirements: Owning a two-wheeler with a valid license in typically mandatory for daily local site visits.
