Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities in Assembly, Moulding and PDI.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Monitor manpower, machines, materials and production processes.
- Ensure processes are carried out as per defined SOPs and work instructions.
- Monitor production quality, rejection, rework and process deviations.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Monitor moulding processes and ensure proper machine and process parameters.
- Supervise assembly activities and ensure proper fitment and completion of products.
- Monitor PDI/final inspection activities and ensure products meet defined requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores and other departments.




- Maintain production records, reports and required documentation.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production and quality issues.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for reducing rejection, wastage and production downtime.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
- Provide guidance and training to operators and production staff.
- Support timely completion of production and dispatch requirements.
