About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience in BFSI recruitment to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and recruitment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities





- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Shortlist candidates as per the job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle candidate documentation and follow-ups.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 Months - 1 Year of experience in BFSI recruitment.
- Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing processes.
- Experience with Naukri/job portals.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
