About the Role

Bring new clients to Lets Manage and earn a commission on every sale you close. You work on your own schedule with no targets and no minimums. You earn only when you sell, and there is no cap on what you can earn. This role suits sales professionals, freelancers, consultants, students, homemakers, agency owners and anyone with a good network and the confidence to talk to business owners.

What Youll Do

- Find prospects through your network, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, events and cold outreach.

- Understand the prospects business problem and recommend the right Lets Manage service.

- Share leads with our team, who prepare quotations, proposals and demos.

- Support the negotiation and closing of the deal.

- Stay in touch with the client until handover to our delivery team, and help with renewals and referrals.





- Represent Lets Manage honestly. Do not promise prices, features or timelines that our team has not approved.

Requirements

- No prior experience required. Willingness to learn our services and pitch them.

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi or Marathi (other languages are a plus).

- A phone or laptop with a reliable internet connection.

- Self-motivation and professional behaviour with clients.

Bonus Points

- A network of business owners, startups or SMEs.

- Previous experience in sales, freelancing, IT or marketing services.
