Job Summary:

Junior Management Trainees (JMT) is a comprehensive management program designed to develop graduates with hospitality and non-hospitality background into promising Facility Management professionals of the future. JMTs start their career with full hands-on exposure across multiple profiles in operations like Site Executive, Site Supervisor, Area Officer and Executive Operations etc. They undergo various roles within operations so that they have a deep and clear understanding of how things are get done at the grassroots level.

Below mentioned Job Description covers some of the roles & responsibilities that JMTs are assigned, however list is not exhausted since different roles demand different responsibilities,



in addition to the expectation of being an all-rounder operations generalist in day-to-day operations and solving situations as and when they arise.

Supporting and Managing day-to-day Operations-

- Customer management and engagement
- Allocation of area wise work schedule
- General administration
- Daily briefing of staff
- Supervising service quality

Manpower Management & Coordination

- Checking daily attendance of staff at units.
- Checking and reporting any hygiene issues & grievances.
- Reporting and managing behavioural issues of staff.
- Assisting in staff training.

Other Requirements:

1. Good working knowledge of computers and office software suite.
2. Valuable command over written and spoken English language.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
