Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

- Create detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings and models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks.
- Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design requirements to produce accurate manufacturing drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet functional, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Prepare bills of materials and maintain drawing documentation for production and quality control.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on design changes and feedback from the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company guidelines, and applicable codes.
- Assist in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability.
- Maintain organized files and version control for all drafting projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.




- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of PDM systems.
- Solid understanding of mechanical components, assemblies, and industrial equipment design principles.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering and production teams.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical drafting within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with global engineering standards and practices.
- Conversational English proficiency.
