We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager with strong experience in HRTech / B2B SaaS marketing to lead marketing initiatives across India and international markets.

Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified pipeline, accelerate customer acquisition, and support business growth across domestic and global markets.

The ideal candidate should understand HRTech buyer personas, enterprise B2B marketing, SaaS GTM strategies, demand generation, digital marketing, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline growth, and market penetration.
- Lead GTM campaigns for product launches, current features, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
- Drive end-to-end digital marketing across SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, paid campaigns, social media, and inbound marketing.
- Develop demand-generation programs targeting CHROs, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition leaders, L&D; leaders, and enterprise decision-makers.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing programs with revenue objectives.
- Develop thought-leadership content including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, research reports, blogs, and executive content.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Track marketing KPIs, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.




- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Strengthen ACHNET's brand presence across India and international/global markets.
- Build and manage relationships with relevant media, analysts, influencers, industry communities, and HRTech ecosystem partners.

Must-Have Requirements

- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in HRTech, SaaS, Enterprise Technology, or B2B technology.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and demand generation.
- Strong experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across India and international markets.
- Good understanding of HRTech ecosystems, HR technology trends, and enterprise HR buyer personas.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, paid marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute campaigns hands-on.

Good to Have

- Existing network within the HRTech / HR / SaaS ecosystem.
- Experience managing distributed or international marketing teams.
- Experience with product marketing and GTM strategy.
- Digital marketing, product marketing, or inbound marketing certifications.
- Experience marketing AI-powered HRTech / Recruitment / Assessment / ATS / HRMS products.

Educational Qualification

MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline from a reputed institution preferred.
